Takeaway:

When sending a text message (or before any communication),
check in with your body (notice the sensations in your body, heart and balls), BEFORE you hit ‘send’.

Ask yourself:

Is it an opening, expansive, positive feeling…

Or more of a closing, contracted, negative feeling?

The answer to this question will determine whether you should send the message, or else consider what’s missing, or what your intention is in sending what you’re sending.

Tip: Most of the time, we’re communicating from our heads, not from our bodies. My most “on” text messages (or ANY communication for that matter) have come from feeling my body, and allowing to words come “from my body”, as opposed to up in my head.

If your body were to speak to this woman, what would it say? It may not be rational, and you may find yourself using words you might not normally.

Ask yourself: What kind of a difference do you see this making in your life, if you were to check in with your body before communicating with women?
